Why is the price per organisation and not per person?

A board works with more people than its directors: a company secretary, observers, auditors, management who present, and outside advisers. Charging for each would make you choose who to leave out. Every one of them has a role that shows them only what they should see.

Why do prices differ by kind of organisation?

NGOs and schools pay half the company price, and SACCOs and co-operatives about a quarter less. State corporations are quoted per year, fixed for the contract, because that is how they buy.

Which laws and codes does it follow?
